影响力及影响力经济的隐形剧本

你可能以为，公众影响力是一种“光环”，一种“关注度”，或者一种“拍个短视频就能变现的东西”。这个论坛想聊的，不只是“红”，而是“红的背后”到底发生了什么，特别是清华人是怎么理解并参与影响力经济这个浪潮。

我们邀请了几位来自不同领域的公众影响力人物，包括作家、运动员、创作者、创业者，也可能是你每天刷到的“那位”。

我们也请来了在这个生态链条上扮演其他角色的校友：

品牌主、广告商、平台方，

因为我们想谈的不只是“人怎么有影响力”，而是“一整套系统，怎么运作”。

我们会探讨：

- 在表达自己和迎合市场之间，创作者如何做出选择？
- 平台的算法，是放大了创意，还是驯化了创作？
- 影响力到底如何照进现实，它的价值 & 价格谁来定？
- 更重要的是，这整个产业，是不是正在形成一个闭环？而我们又该如何参与、突破，甚至重构？

这是一个关于内容、关系、算法、长远目标与近期现实交织的时代。

嘉宾介绍

邓明（主持人）

邓明，清华大学外语系科技英语专业1985级，现居于加拿大温哥华，投资银行/上市公司高管/科技企业投资人、董事/健康科技公司发起人、CEO。

1989年加入交通部国际港口装备集团参与多个世界银行贷款项目的国际招标谈判。1991年起参与公司的国内外证券上市工作并担任董秘。1995年-1998年在华夏证券投资银行部任副总经理，主持过深圳机场、盐田港和广东高速公路等多个海内外IPO项目。1998年加入中国国际金融公司，主持并参与了康佳、宝钢、招商银行等多家国内国际大型资本运作项目。2001年后曾担任美加上市的制药公司高管，并主持完成了公司的私有化及收购项目。2010年起从事风险投资及项目管理，担任美国和加拿大多家创业公司董事，并在加拿大温哥华创立了Ginkgo Health Inc.

邓明作为投行、投资人和创业者的经历，贯穿了与影响力产业的各种合作，对于互联网算法主导的内容与变现、大众认识与行为驱动具有深度的观察与实践。希望通过本论坛能够跟校友们一起探讨“注意力经济”给社会带来的改变、给大家带来的机遇。

Maggie Deng is a seasoned corporate executive, investor, and entrepreneur with over three decades of experience in investment banking, capital markets, and technology ventures. A 1985 graduate of Tsinghua University with a degree in Scientific & Technical English, Maggie is now based in Vancouver, Canada, where she serves as investor and board director of multiple startups and founded Ginkgo Health Inc., a health technology company.

Maggie’s career began at China’s Ministry of Transport, where she negotiated international tenders for World Bank-funded port projects before transitioning into securities listings and corporate governance. As Deputy General Manager of Huaxia Securities’ Investment Banking Division (1995–1998), Maggie led landmark IPOs, including Shenzhen Airport and Yantian Port. At China International Capital Corporation (CICC), she orchestrated major capital deals for industry giants like Konka, Baosteel, and China Merchants Bank.

Later, as an executive at a U.S./Canada-listed pharmaceutical firm, Maggie managed its privatization and acquisition. Since 2010, she has focused on venture capital, advising startups across North America while driving innovation in digital health through Ginkgo Health.

郝景芳

郝景芳，小说作者，经济研究员，童行书院、芳景科幻创始人。2002年获第四届新概念作文大赛一等奖。2006年毕业于清华大学物理系，2013年清华大学经管学院博士毕业。2013年至2018年就职于中国发展研究基金会研究一部。2016年凭短篇小说《北京折叠》获第74届世界科幻大会雨果奖，被评选为《人物》《南方人物周刊》“10大年度人物”。同年创办影视工作室“芳景科幻”，致力于可持续的科幻文学和影视作品创作。2017年被评选为博鳌论坛、夏季达沃斯论坛青年领袖。同年创立儿童通识教育品牌“童行书院”，为孩子打开视野、提升思维、培养创造力，探索可持续的公益教育。2018年哈佛大学肯尼迪政府学院访问学者，同年被世界经济论坛评选为2018年“全球青年领袖”。主要著作有《孤独深处》《流浪苍穹》《人之彼岸》《去远方》《孩子，愿你一生勇敢，心中有光》《宇宙跃迁者》《中国前沿：不如问问科学家吧》等。

Jingfang Hao, Novel Author, Economic Research Fellow, Founder of Tong Xing School and Fangjing Science Fiction. In 2002 she was awarded the First Prize in the “New Concept” Writing Competition. She graduated from Tsinghua University Department of Physics in 2006, and got her doctor's degree from Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management in 2013. She worked in Research Department I of China Development Research Foundation from 2013 to 2018. In 2016, her story Folding Beijing won Hugo Award at the 74th World Science Fiction Congress. And she was selected as the “Top 10 People of the Year” in 2016 by People Magazine and Southern Character Weekly Magazine. In the same year, she founded Fangjing Science Fiction Studio, a film and television studio dedicated to the creation of sustainable science fiction literature and films. In 2017, she was entitled as “Youth Leader” by Boao Forum and Summer Davos Forum. In the same year, she founded the children’s general education brand “Tongxing School” to broaden children’s horizon, promote children’s thinking, foster children’s creativity, and to explore sustainable public welfare education. She became a Visiting Scholar at Harvard Kennedy School in 2018. In the same year, she was honored as the 2018 “Global Youth Leader” by the World Economic Forum. Her major works include The Depths of Loneliness, Vagabonds, Mirror of Man, Go the Distance, Child, I wish you a brave life with light in your heart, Universe Jumpers, China Frontier: Why not ask Scientists, etc.

朱秋玲

朱秋玲是一位在前沿科技与教育领域深耕多年的自媒体创作者，拥有百万粉丝，单条视频最高播放量突破一千万。她专注于分享前沿的科技动态与教育理念，秉持实事求是的态度，传递海内外的观察与思考，深受中外高认知人群的关注与喜爱。

朱秋玲于2009年毕业于清华大学微电子所，获工学硕士学位，主修集成电路设计。此后前往美国卡耐基梅隆大学深造，并于2013年底取得卡耐基梅隆大学电子与计算机工程博士学位。读博期间，她曾在英伟达总部的下一代GPU研究中心实习一年，参与核心研发项目，并与英伟达技术团队合作发表论文与专利。博士毕业后，她加入谷歌硅谷总部，担任硬件工程师与系统架构师，期间参与并推动十余项技术专利的申请与落地。

在谷歌工作六年后，朱秋玲选择主动离职，开始探索更具个人热情的领域。2022年底，随着ChatGPT的爆发，她敏锐地捕捉到AI浪潮的来临，迅速在微信视频号崛起，成为引领科技教育内容的头部博主。

作为四个孩子（两对双胞胎）的母亲，朱秋玲也在自媒体平台记录并分享她与丈夫在硅谷养育四个孩子的真实经历与思考，帮助更多家长在AI时代找到适合孩子的成长路径，并与全球华人父母一同探索AI下未来教育的可能性。

此外，她还创办了非营利性机构 - “硅谷交个朋友俱乐部”（Silicon Valley Friends Club），致力于连接硅谷及全球的亚裔社区，搭建通往世界顶尖教育资源和发展机会的桥梁，帮助更多家庭跨越信息与认知的壁垒，为下一代创造更优质的成长与教育环境。

Qiuling （Jolin）Zhu is a prominent content creator in the fields of technology and education, with over one million followers across social media platforms. Her videos have garnered tens of millions of views, with individual pieces surpassing 10 million. Known for her clear-eyed, fact-based commentary, she shares insights on global technological trends and educational practices, attracting a loyal audience of high-cognition viewers both in China and internationally.

Qiuling earned her Master’s degree in Microelectronics from Tsinghua University in 2009, specializing in integrated circuit design. She then pursued her Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University, completing it in late 2013. During her doctoral studies, she interned for a year at NVIDIA’s next-generation GPU research center at NVIDIA headquarters, where she co-authored several research papers and patents with the technical team.

After completing her Ph.D., she joined Google’s headquarters in Silicon Valley, working as a hardware engineer and systems architect. During her six years at Google, she contributed to over a dozen technical patents and was involved in multiple core projects.

Around 2020, Qiuling made the bold decision to leave Google to pursue work more aligned with her personal passion. When ChatGPT captured the world’s attention in late 2022, she quickly recognized the transformative potential of AI and emerged as a leading voice on Chinese social media, becoming one of the top creators focusing on science and education.

Beyond her professional achievements, Qiuling is also the mother of four children—two sets of twins. She regularly shares her family’s experiences raising children in Silicon Valley, offering reflections and practical advice for parents navigating education in the AI era. Her content fosters a global community of Chinese-speaking parents exploring how to raise the next generation with wisdom and adaptability.

Qiuling is also the founder of the Silicon Valley Friends Club, a nonprofit initiative focused on supporting the Asian community in Silicon Valley and beyond. The club aims to bridge world-class educational resources and growth opportunities, helping individuals and families overcome socioeconomic barriers and creating a better developmental and educational environment for the next generation.
