李伟博士于1995年进入清华大学环境工程系学习，2000年获学士学位，2002年获硕士学位。2006年从加州大学河滨分校获得博士学位后，先后任职于加州空气资源委员会（California Air Resources Board）和南海岸空气质量管理局（South Coast Air Quality Management District）。自1999年开始从事空气污染控制研究以来，工作领域涵盖流动源排放、空气质量、气候变化及再生能源等。他是北京和其它中国大城市机动车污染控制研究领域的早期核心成员之一，其博士论文是全球首份对于超低排放汽车颗粒物排放特征的全面系统研究，在国际超细颗粒物会议上荣获研究竞赛第一名，为加州LEV III轻型车颗粒物排放标准制定提供了关键数据，并奠定了基础框架。目前他的工作重点集中在修订下一代重型发动机排放标准。工作之余，李伟积极投身社区服务，长期致力于环保、教育及校友会活动：

Hiromi Komuro is the Vice President of the Japan International Metaverse Association, the Chairman of the NPO International Technology Exchange Association, the Chairman of the IEEE Digital Transformation Alliance Japan Operations, and a member of the IEEE Kansai Section. She also serves as the Chairman of the Japan Region for the IEEE Digital Transformation Alliance and the Global Promotion Chairman for the IEEE Distributed Metaverse. Additionally, she is the CEO of Syouzui Co., Ltd., an external partner at McKinsey, and the founder of the Metaverse Panda World.

Hiromi Komuro holds a Master's degree from Kyoto University, a Ph.D. in Economics from Tsinghua University, and an EMBA. She focuses on the application and promotion of artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain, and metaverse platforms in Japan. She is dedicated to introducing advanced overseas technologies and products to promote the development of the Japanese metaverse and actively fosters international cooperation on various projects.

She has been involved in important research on metaverse standard formulation and the development of educational programs for cultivating talent in the metaverse. She actively guides young people in correctly understanding and using artificial intelligence, pushing for a transformation in educational models in this new metaverse era. Her work is influential in areas such as technology, standard setting, metaverse experiences, and educational training.

Hiromi Komuro also provides consulting services to enterprises in various fields, including the metaverse, blockchain, virtual currency, AI generation, and drones, facilitating international cooperation, research and development, promotion, and communication. She establishes communication platforms for international metaverse enterprises and promotes collaboration on Japanese projects. Furthermore, she regularly organizes the International Metaverse Conference and publishes related books. Her research areas encompass the formulation of metaverse standards, education and training for youth in the metaverse, and providing business model and strategic consulting services for enterprises related to the metaverse.

With her extensive knowledge and rich experience in the metaverse and related fields, Katsumi Komuro has become an important leader and advocate in this domain. Through her participation in diverse projects and activities, she is committed to advancing technology and education, enhancing international cooperation and communication, and promoting the application and innovation of the metaverse globally. Her efforts not only strengthen the ties between academia and industry but also pave the way for future technological development and educational innovation.
